Denford Orac. with 3 paw power chuck (air operated) This machine is in mid conversion to use a 990Tb controller (Fanuc clone) It has the spindle encoder fitted and wired up, It has upgraded new NEMA 34 hybrid stepper motors. There is a good quality siemens Micromaster VFD. It has an 8 position tool changer with a small pcb to convert the greyscale to an output for the controller. There is also a fitted Denford table with drawers for the tooling. All the mechanical work has been completed apart from fitting the control box. Otherwise there is still some wiring to be done.
